I recently went to a drama camp in the summer! I had lots of fun! I remember the first day, I was so nervous, and I reluctantly walked in to the building and made a frame where I would later put my photo in. I was slightly happy that Cindy, my long time friend, was going to be there.
Unfortunately, that was about where my luck ended. Soon, they put us into groups. According to how many siblings we had. Sadly, Cindy had recently gotten a new baby sister, making us in different groups. I would later enjoy the groups. We did lots of things.
I performed a show called"Don't let the Pigeon Stay Up Late". The joy of making costumes (wings!) and performing was really amazing. Looking back on it, I am slightly surprised that I wasn't nervous, since I am normally a kind of shy person. In fact, we were so excited that we rushed up on stage, and a person quickly motioned us to come back down, because in fact, we weren't supposed to be up there yet!
In addition to all that, I made a new friend named: Jung. I think she was my friend. We talked, I remember. In fact, I am sort of surprised, because I don't really think that she thought of us as really good friends. The weird thing is that she had better friends. When I was younger and more ignorant, this didn't bother me at all. I thought I had made a new friend. The odd thing is that now it hurts me. But I will look back at Drama Camp as a learning experience.
